As the President and CEO of One Mind at Work, a global non-profit organization, I lead a network of leaders who are committed to supporting their workers' mental health and well-being as part of their mission to create thriving, high-performance organizations. I have over 30 years of experience in advancing the science and practice of mental health, both in academia and in the public sector.

I am also a Professor of Psychology, Founder and former Director of the Columbia-WHO Center for Global Mental Health. I continue to lead our Mental Health + Work Design Lab, which is part of the Center and supports WHO's workplace mental health priorities. I am passionate about bridging the gap between knowledge and action, and empowering individuals, communities, and workplaces to achieve better mental health outcomes.
