Jason is the Founder and CEO of Vitality Labs - an incubator, impact investment and advisory firm for accelerating human flourishing. He serves as Executive Chairman for the Founder Mental Health Pledge (a community of 800+ investors and founders), advisor to The Antifragile Academy and several family offices and foundations.

Previously, Jason built and led Stand Together Music, 1MillionStrong and advised CEOs in the Stand Together Ventures portfolio. He also led a dual transformation of the leading national non-profit intermediary in workforce and education JFF (Jobs for the Future) as Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer. There he architected and built JFFLabs in partnership with leading philanthropic and corporate funders including Autodesk, Salesforce, Google, Walmart, Schmidt Futures, and others and catalyzed JFF and JFFLabs combined revenue from $30.5m when he joined to 3x that by 2023.

Prior to working in social impact, Jason was a venture-backed technology founder and executive, building and selling his first API infrastructure startup Singly to Appcelerator in 2013 which was then acquired by Axway. He also fractionally operated alongside the CEOs of Tala ($800m+ valuation), Issuu (acquired by Bending Spoons) and GOOD Magazine.
