I have over 25 years of experience in business development and leadership of investment management companies. My primary role was the CEO of RWC Partners, I led the organisation through a period of high growth with assets under management developing from $1 billion to $25 billion during the 15 years I was with the organisation.

Currently, I am an advisor, investor and spend time exploring my interests in the future of investment management, mental health & neuroscience, and developing companies. As an advisor, my specific areas of focus include investment management, ownership transitions, growth, technology and mentoring. As an investor, I have supported entrepreneurs in a variety of areas with a specific focus on the people and their business models. This includes a breadth of businesses, from the UK's leading charcuterie producer to fintech and real estate.

I've spent time learning about the root causes of mental illness, technological advancements and systemic issues. I spent time with neuroscientists, policy makers, venture capitalists, product providers and numerous others devoting their lives to mental wellbeing. I'm optimistic that we are on the cusp of a revolution in our understanding of the brain and am always looking to connect with those interested in this area.
