Lia Mix is the Founder and CEO of Delphi, a consulting firm dedicated to the healthy growth of the psychedelic movement. With a career spanning over two decades, Lia is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) and certified in Psychedelic Therapies and Research (CPTR) by the California Institute for Integral Studies.

At Delphi, she provides expertise in organizational objectives related to psychedelics, conscious leadership, and project management for leading non-profits, for-profits, foundations, and government bodies. Lia has been instrumental in establishing the core infrastructure for integrating psychedelic-assisted therapy into the US healthcare system, including achieving health insurance coverage for new behavioral health treatments.
