Rachel Duncan

Vice President, Deutsche Bank

Rachel Duncan is Vice President and Strategic Project / Change Execution Manager at Deutsche Bank within Regional Management Americas. Alongside supporting the day-to-day activities of Regional Management, she is accountable for the design, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives to enhance people engagement, culture, and the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion agenda.


Rachel began her career in municipal bonds at Lebenthal and Company and has 25+ years of industry experience following a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from New York University. Rachel is hugely passionate about people. She is a DEI champion and ally who advocates for inclusion that benefits all.


She serves as Chair for dbEnable US, an Employee Resource Group focused on visible and invisible disabilities, mental health, and neurodiversity, and is a certified Mental Health First Aid volunteer. She has made significant contributions to promoting understanding, acceptance, and support in this area, and the broader community as part of the NAMI-NYC Workplace Mental Health Collaborative. Additionally, she leads the Wellbeing Pillar for the Investment Bank in the Americas focused on promoting a healthy and balanced work environment for employees.


Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dogs Luna & Samson. She is a registered yoga teacher, having completed her 200-hour Yoga Training Certification, and is also certified in Trauma Informed Yoga, an approach to yoga which makes the practice more accessible and addresses the unique needs of trauma survivors.
