Tahilia Rebello, PhD

VP, Science and Research, One Mind at Work

Tahilia Rebello, PhD, serves as Vice President of Science & Research for One Mind at Work. In this role, Dr. Rebello oversees the program’s science portfolio, ensuring that data-driven insights and best practices are integrated into every initiative. To this work, Dr. Rebello brings 18 years of diverse experience working in mental health across the globe. She is trained as a neuroscientist and has her PhD from Columbia University where her research focused on the long-term impact of early-life stress. She then transitioned into population and public health via training at the World Health Organization (WHO) in Switzerland. She has served in various scientific, leadership, training, and consultant positions at WHO, the WHO-Columbia Collaborating Center for Global Mental Health, the Africa Mental Health Training and Research Foundation, and at Columbia University, where she is currently Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry. She is committed to using her diverse experiences in mental health, her research expertise, and practical field experience in her present role to drive initiatives that prioritize the mental health and well-being of individuals in the workplace.
