Heather Kelly is Managing Director of The REAL Mental Health Foundation and The REAL Summit. Since 2015, she has supported over 100 employers to foster mentally healthy workplace cultures across Europe and the US. She has worked in leadership roles in consulting, customer impact and facilitation capacities across the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors, notably at Aura Wellbeing (which she founded), at Oliva, Kyan Health and at Mind (charity) whilst running the Workplace Wellbeing Index.

She has also been Director of Content for some of the world's most prestigious corporate wellbeing events and was formerly a senior manager in the international insurance industry. Heather is passionate about sustainable innovation in mental health, igniting human connection to fuel impact and dedicating her work toward supporting a healthier, happier humanity and a healthy planet for the future. Heather earned a BSc degree in English & Women's Studies from San Diego State University & an MSc in Sustainability & Responsible Business Practice from Hult Ashridge International Business School.
